What is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary according to where you want to get your wine and how fast you want to get it.

Portugal – mainland

At Vinha, deliveries in Portugal mainland are free, for deliveries within 3-5 business days, for orders over 50 €.

For orders of 50 € or less, the shipping cost is € 4.99 for deliveries within 3-5 business days, or € 8.99 for deliveries within 24-48h.

Portuguese Islands

Standard: 25 € / 12 bottles

Delivered in 5-10 business days in most Portuguese islands. Subject to availability.

EU

Express Delivery

Delivered overnight in most European destinations.

  • Europe Zone 1 and 2: 30€ per 3 bottles

Valid for deliveries in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain. 45€ for the the United Kingdom.

  • Europe Zone 2: 45€ per 3 bottles

Valid for deliveries in the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

Standard Delivery Europe

Delivered in 3-8 business days in most European destinations.

  • Europe Zone 1: 20 € / 12 bottles

Valid for deliveries in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Spain.

  • Europe Zone 2: 30 € / 12 bottles

Valid for deliveries in the following countries: Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Poland and United Kingdom.

  • Europe Zone 3: 60 € / 12 bottles

Valid for deliveries in the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

Notes: Subject to confirmation, depending on the delivery address.

Deliveries in Malta, Cyprus, Canary and Balearic Islands are subject to custom quote. For more information, please contact us through help@vinha.co.uk.

How long do I have to wait?

Delivery times depend on the delivery method you choose. Bellow you may find a detailed explanation of each delivery method. Please note that these guidelines are valid in orders placed until 3 p.m. of a regular business day.

Portugal – mainland

Normal delivery: your wines will be delivered to you in 3 to 5 business days, in the most convenient hour time between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.

portuguese islands:

Standard: 5-10 business days after payment confirmation. Subject to availability in some Azores and Madeira islands.

European Union:

Overnight: next day delivery in most european capitals (orders placed before 3 p.m. on a business day)

Standard: 3-8 business days, depending on destination

Can I track my order?

We will let you know when we dispatch your order, enabling order tracking whenever applicable.

Express: you will get an email telling you our driver is on your way.

Overnight: you will receive an email confirming dispatch and informing you of the tracking number you may use to keep an eye on your order. On delivery day, you will get a text message from the carrier, confirming he has left the warehouse – this does not mean he/she will be heading immediately your way, so please do observe the scheduled time of delivery.

Overseas: you will receie an email confirming dispatch and informing you of the tracking number you may use to keep an eye on your order.

Orders will be dispatched only upon payment confirmation.

What if there’s no one at home?

Our carriers will call you or the order receiver should it be a gift. Together, they will schedule a new delivery time.

is it possible to schedule the hour of delivery?

In Portugal – Mainland some carriers let you change the day and hour of delivery. You will also get the driver’s phone number, so you can call if something unexpected pops-up.

Can I return an order?

Of course! We accept returns for every item sold up to 15 calendar days after delivery, as long as every product is in the same condition as it was delivered to you. No questions asked!
