E.T. – The Extraterrestrial” is the film-concert of the Gulbenkian 2024 season.

With the excellence that has become customary, the Gulbenkian orchestra performs live the film’s soundtrack, masterfully composed by John Williams, which has enchanted generations since 1982.

As stated on the Gulbenkian website, “the score enhances the images of one of the greatest cinema classics and would prove so essential that Spielberg adjusted the editing of the film’s pivotal scene to respect the music envisioned by Williams. Under the direction of Anthony Gabriele, embark on a journey into one of the most intimate relationships between cinema and music ever experienced.”

To complete this sensory journey, where music and cinema join hands, indulge in the scents and flavors of a good wine.
