If you’re that person who thinks that “everything good, makes you feel bad”, then get it out of your mind – at least, what concerns to wine.
Consumed with moderation, wine can contribute directly to certain disorder’s prevention – and, indirectly, to your health general improvement (sometimes even with less moderation). How?
1. Laughing is good
Nobody disagrees on that: laughing is good for your health. Well, wine makes you laugh. In this point, the conclusions are obvious.
2. Thinking is good
With more or less resveratrol (that we discussed about here), wine helps you thinking: where did I felt this scent before? With who did I drink this same wine before, on this balcony? What would tomorrow will bring? Where is the truth, since I can’t find it in the bottom of this glass?
3. Making love is good
An active and satisfying sex life brings well-being and, if it doesn’t increase the average life expectancy, at least increases the hope for a better life. What does wine have to do with it? You will let you think about it.
Does everything good makes you feel bad? No. Wine is good but it doesn’t make you feel bad. On the contrary: it’s good, it tastes good and it feels so good the good that it is.
